Design – Functional specification documentation that details the solution design
Plan – Project plan that details project tasks and timelines for build, stabilize and deployment phases of the project

The core deliverables for an implementation engagement include:

Build - Core solution infrastructure built
Stabilize - Solution testing and pilot
Deploy - Final solution deployed
