ProSys renews Cisco Masters Specialization Related Links: August 2009 - ProSys has successfully renewed both the Cisco Unified Communications and Security Master Specializations. These specializations place ProSys in an elite group of partners in the US that hold both Unified Communications and Security Masters. Achieving these specializations means that ProSys has demonstrated in-depth skills in regards to solution selling, sophisticated design and deployment while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This level of distinction has highlighted the expertise that ProSys brings not only to the field, but to our customers. In order to achieve the Master Unified Communications and Security Specializations, Cisco partners first have to attain the Advanced Unified Communications and Security Specializations. From there, partners must then meet a series of stringent requirements in three categories: technology capabilities, sales expertise and Cisco Lifecycle Services. Qualified partners must possess a number of Cisco and industry-standard technical certification requirements, provide customer references that document Cisco-prescribed design and deployment capabilities, and show evidence that they have the infrastructure to support a full menu of Lifecycle Services offerings and capabilities.
